Creative Kids Dept., is happy to offer exchanges only for items purchased. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To be eligible for exchange, please make sure:
Your exchange is requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items are in brand new condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
The item is not marked as Final Sale or part of a Bundle Deal.
If the products arrive with printing damaged or defective, you can either request a replacement within 3 days of product delivery.
Photographic proof may be required for damaged or defective.

We do not assume the responsibility of compensation or any reimbursement of returned packages that are lost, damaged or stolen during transit without the proof of delivery to Creative Kids Dept.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our website or the carrier's site.
If your order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, we will offer to reship the order.

Yes! All of our clothes are designed for easy care and can be machine washed. Turn the garment inside out, Machine wash cold, Avoid bleach, Do not Dry Clean, and Tumble dry on low or air dry. Iron Inside out. For best results, follow the care instructions provided on the label.
