  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    Creative Kids Dept., is happy to offer exchanges only for items purchased. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To be eligible for exchange, please make sure: Your exchange is requested within 3 days of receiving your order. Items are in brand new condition — unworn and unwashed. The item is not marked as Final Sale or part of a Bundle Deal. If the products arrive with printing damaged or defective, you can either request a replacement or ask for a refund within 3 days of product delivery. Photographic proof may be required for damaged or defective. Please email us at hello.creativekidsdept@gmail.com to start exchange process. We do not assume the responsibility of compensation or any reimbursement of returned packages that are lost, damaged or stolen during transit without the proof of delivery to Creative Kids Dept.
  • Size Charts
    We offer a range of sizes from youth and adult sizes. Please refer to our size chart for specific measurements.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Delivery times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 6-10 business days
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    No, currently at this time we only ship within the United States, with plans to expand. Follow us for updates :)
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our website or the carrier's site. If your order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, we will offer to reship the order. Please email us at hello.creativekidsdept@gmail.com
  • Are your clothes machine washable?
    Yes! All of our clothes are designed for easy care and can be machine washed. Turn the garment inside out, Machine wash cold, Avoid bleach, Do not Dry Clean, and Tumble dry on low or air dry. Iron Inside out. For best results, follow the care instructions provided on the label.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
    At the moment we can't not modify an order after it's been placed
